To keep your Prague adventure as carefree and fun‑filled as possible, we wrap up everything you need into one simple package. Whether your squad prefers budget‑friendly solution or superior facilities, our package price runs from € 460 to € 820 – your only variable is the hotel you choose.

The price of the extra night includes accommodation, breakfast, assistance of Barrel crew and organisation of any event (trip, friendly match, etc.) only for cost price.

Every package includes

  • Team transfers: airport ↔ hotel (for the biggest part of the team) and hotel ↔ rink
  • Games on covered rinks
  • On-site paramedic service during matches
  • Full board: hotel breakfasts, rinkside lunches, and shared dinners

  • Extra cultural program for larger non-playing groups (30+ people)
  • A souvenir for each participant
  • A prize for every team
  • Dedicated guide for your team throughout the stay (groups of 10+ players)
  • Unlimited “open tap” beer at all official tournament events 🍺

Note: Health insurance is not included.

If a fan stays with the team throughout, we count them as a full participant — with all the same perks. 🙂

Additional information

Every team has to pay deposit 800€ of advance payment. This must be paid till 14 days from registration. The deposit will be given back after the check-out.

Please, when using our USD account, check at xe.com how many USD are €800 today. Paying the final price by bank transfer is available only more than 14 days before the tournament.

Remark of organisers – the participation of small children is not recommended.

  • for the team leader with more than 35 members - free of charge
  • for the team leader with more than 21 members - 50% discount of the full price
  • bus driver (not participating on the tournament) - free of charge for the groups over 20 persons
  • Special LOYALTY DISCOUNT: Teams that participate in the tournament for fourth time and more can claim discount of €20 per person.

  • More than 120 days before the tournament: 0%
  • From 120 – 90 days before the tournament: according to cancellation policy of chosen hotel with minimum of 50%
  • Less than 90 days before the tournament: 100%
  • During the tournament: 100% of estimated price for confirmed number of participants
